
Who is it for?
People who want to learn about their pelvic floor muscles and how to use them to be stronger while working out or during your physical activities and hobbies.
What should I bring?
Note taking devices or pen and paper. Wear comfortable clothes to do some light movement in.
Where do I park?
Salem Street has free parking on it, some signs say 2 hour parking (park in those at your own risk). There is also Free parking on Fulton and Cross St as well as a few on Hadely Place.
Is there public transit?
Yes, the 101 bus stops almost out front of the gym. The 101 runs between Sullivan and Malden Center.

Maegen Brady DeLeo
PT, DPT
Dr. Maegen Brady DeLeo is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the owner of Union Square Physical Therapy and Medford Physical Therapy, where she provides individualized, one-on-one physical therapy focused on helping people move and feel their best.
She has a special interest in pelvic health, movement, injury prevention, and helping people stay active throughout all stages of life. Maegen completed her Pelvic Floor Level 1 training through Herman & Wallace and takes a whole-body approach to pelvic health, recognizing the important connection between the pelvic floor, breathing, core, hips, and movement.
Her goal is to make physical therapy feel approachable, empowering, and practical so people can better understand their bodies and confidently return to the activities they love.
Outside of being a physical therapist, Maegen lives in Medford with her husband and they enjoy cooking, gardening, and skiing.
